Terms of Service

Cheating

The following constitutes cheating:

1. Having multiple accounts on the same server.
2. Having multiple players per account.
3. Abusing bugs (report them instead).

Cheating is punishable by

1. Banning.
2. Other measures deemed appropriate for the type of cheating.

Social Behaviour

To maintain a friendly gaming atmosphere we expect our users to follow the following behavioural rules.

1. No advertising
2. No spamming
3. No harassing other players.
4. No abusive or sexually oriented language.
5. It is not allowed to block advertisements on this site (they make this site free for you to play)
6. Do not provoke other users in breaking these rules. Eg. if someone spams you, do not reply but report him/her if he/she still continues.

If you don't follow these rules, you will receive a warning. Repeated offenses will be punished by banning.
Serious offenses can also lead to immediate banning.

Privacy

We will not share your data with anyone, bound to the following exceptions:

1. When forced by law enforcement.
2. Anonymised statistics can be used to determine the demographics of the game for advertising purposes.

Dealing with bugs

If you find a bug in the game, you are expected to report this to a game admin directly.

1. Abuse of bugs is punishable by banning.
2. We are not obliged to repair negative effects caused by bugs.

Disclaimer

Other

1. You are expected to use common sense in everything that is not described above.
2. If you behave reasonable, we will too, if not, we might not either.
3. In case of disagreement, the Game Admins decide. Their decision can not be disputed.
4. These terms are subject to change. It is your responsibility to regularly reread them.
